The current prediction is that we are going to have a blizzard tomorrow with 12 – 24 inches of snow and damaging high winds – which means that we could lose electricity (and our heat). So I decided that it would be a good idea to finished my tile tonight for this special Diva Challenge – just in case…
Molly (Maria’s daughter) posted a blog on the Zentangle website. It included a Kitchen Table Tangles video with Molly’s children, Indy and Mazzy, demonstrating how to draw the tangle ZINGO. Watching these two cuties tangle with such joy and listening to their commentary is delightful and inspiring. You can hear Molly’s influence as they take you through the steps.
Here is my tile for this challenge:
Tangles: Zingo and Fescu
Color: PrismaColor pencils
The green in this tile is more lime than it looks here and the orange is more tangerine. I wanted to give the tile some fun colors. 🙂
Be sure to check out Laura’s Diva blog to see how others have responded to the challenge. I hope that you find these tiles inspiring and educational. I’m excited to see what others have created with the tangle Zingo and to get some ideas of other tangles to go with it. I was thinking about using Tipple instead of Fescu…next tile.
As always, thank you to all who left comments last week.
Until next time,
Sending smiles,
Maureen
