Spiralstring Challenge

The Diva Challenge this week is: “Spiralstring – that’s the thing!,” which is just that – using a spiral as a string.

This is my tile for this challenge:

Tangles:Snailz Traylz and Tipple Colored with Lyra Polycolor penciles

I have a really busy week and hope that I find time to do another tile just because I love working with spirals.  I want to create a tile with an open spiral such as the one Laura Harms showed as her response to the challenge   For those who do not know, Laura is the Diva who presents the challenges each Monday.  Did you know that Shelly Beauch has a Spiral Guide on her blog page?  Check it out:  Spiral Guide

I took the time to do another tile. The colors in person are a bit more subtle than they appear when you click on the tile.  Here is the tile:

Tangles: MARASU and a tangleation of Tink Colored with LYRA Polycolor and Prisma Colored Pencils

I got to use some of my newest pencils:  Lyra Polycolor pencils. Another gift and more fun!

Now that I have submitted my first tile I am going to Laura’s blog to see how others interpreted the challenge and how they used the spiral string.  I hope that you will look at the submissions.

Thank you for visiting my blog.  And as always, I really appreciate your comments.

Until next time,
Sending smiles,
Maureen
