My Take on the Tangle Called X-Did…

This is my tile for the Diva Weekly Challenge #183: “UMT – X-Did” by Annette Carlo:

Tangles used: X-Did, Onamato, and Trivet Colored with Prismcolor pencils

UMT means “Use My Tangle.”  For the first challenge of the month Laura randomly chooses a tangle that has been submitted to her blog.  I am really glad that this week it is X-Did.  I like structured patterns so I loved working with this pattern.

Each week I  show the first tile created to answer the challenge, even if I am not thrilled with how the tile turns out, because this is part of the challenge for me.  It was so much fun using X-Did that I am eager to use again – to “play” with it and see what else is possible.

I avoid looking at the tiles already submitted until I compete mine so that I’m not influenced by what I see.  So, now it is time to check out the other tiles on the “Diva Weekly Challenge.”  It is fun to see how others interpret the tangle and I encourage you to do the same.

Thanks Annette for your tangle!

Until next time,
Gratitude,
Maureen
